The St Thomas Indian Orthodox Church Dublin Ireland is registered in the Republic of Ireland with the CRO (Companies Registration Office) with registration number 421496 as THE INDIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH CLG. The Parish is also registered as a charity with the Charities Regulatory Authority (CRA) having the registration number CHY17764.

The Board of Directors, also known as Director Board, is a group of individuals appointed to manage and oversee the Parish’s affairs on behalf of the members. As per the Company Law in Ireland and the Parish’s Articles of Association (Constitution), the Board of Directors are legally responsible for managing the affairs of the company (Parish) to ensure that the Parish complies with all relevant laws and regulations of the land.

The Board of Directors of The Indian Orthodox Church CLG work hand-in-hand with the Parish Managing Committee to fulfill the vision and mission of the Church.
